What is the Valley Hi Guarantee?
It's the promise attached to every pre-owned vehicle sold at Valley Hi: a 7-day exchange, a 30-day warranty, and 365-day battery coverage. It applies the same way at all four of our High Desert stores.
Does the guarantee cost extra?
No. The guarantee is included on qualifying pre-owned vehicles as part of the purchase. It isn't a paid add-on or a service contract you have to opt into.
Which vehicles are covered?
Qualifying pre-owned vehicles across Valley Hi Honda, Nissan, Toyota, and Kia. Ask your sales team to confirm coverage on the specific vehicle you're considering.
How does the 7-day exchange work?
Drive the vehicle for up to seven days. If it isn't the right fit, bring it back to the store you bought it from and exchange it for another, subject to the program terms.
How long has Valley Hi been in the High Desert?
Valley Hi has served Victorville and the High Desert since 2001, as part of a family-owned dealer group whose roots in the car business reach back to 1934 and its first dealership in 1960. The stores are now run by the third generation of the founding family.
